Management Advisory Services

Audit staff is available for consultations, interpretations of procedures, or for performance of other objective analyses, at the request of management. Advisory Services may include:

• Review of internal controls in existing systems
• Advice on controls for new systems
• Assistance in increasing efficiency of operations
• Advice on how to best comply with regulations
• Advice on how to implement audit recommendations

The nature and scope of advisory services are based upon agreed procedures. While the scope of advisory engagements is often narrower than audits the same standards of independence, objectivity, and due professional care are applied.
